- Support the Product Lead in defining and executing the area product strategy to achieve business objectives
- Define Product Requirement Documents for initiatives and guide the efforts of the Development Teams in an Agile working environment (i.e. daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives)
- Produce delivery plan of initiatives in close collaboration with development teams and evaluate the quality of on-going project efforts ensuring production proceeds according to schedule
- Proactively analyse product domain KPIs, partner with the development team and stakeholders, and spearhead initiatives to enhance key metrics.
- Responsible for story UAT and sign-off ensuring requirements and overall quality is met
- Support Product Lead to conceive, document and drive the creation of new product features and improvements
- Work with UXD Team for wireframes, mock-ups and specifications for new features.
- Work closely with various departments (e.g. Commercial, Compliance, Customer Service, Bookmaking, etc.) to ensure their requirements are collected and prioritized alongside product requirements.
- Conduct market and competitive research and keep up-to-date with emerging new online technologies, trends in the digital landscape and leading industry practices.
- Knowledge. University degree in Computer Science or related programs and experience working as (Technical) Product Manager with Scrum agile delivery methods for minimum of 2 years.
- Technical Background. Experience with SOA architectures, OAuth and RESTful API design and development at least at a Product Management level, with the ability to understand and review the team's implementation.
- Language. English proficiency in both verbal and written.
- Project Management. Proven ability to manage medium-scale projects and coordinate with multiple technical teams and product managers
- Ability to Understand. Tech trends, to see how they impact your roadmap, and how they drive innovation. Technical challenges and make educated trade-offs with the team.
