Xara Palace Relais & Chateaux in Malta is looking for a fun-loving, energetic Chef de Rang to join their fantastic team at their Trattoria Restaurant on a full time basis.Job Role:Do you have a passion for both F&B and outstanding customer service? Do you take pride in making sure that every dining experience is unforgettable?Then this might be the perfect opportunity for you!Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

Manage and assume full responsibility for each guest’s dining experience from start to finish, and multitask between assisting guests, bussing, running, wine service, and anything needed to provide memorable and personalized service for our guests;

Requirements:

Chef de Rang should have a passion for fine food and go out of their way to ensure the best possible standards are being delivered every shift
As a Chef de Rang, you must have an exceptional eye for detail. You will be responsible for preparing your section to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate should have a positive personality, a sense of elegance, and a can-do attitude to act as one of the main figureheads on the floor.
