- Develop, implement, and maintain integrated management systems (IMS) that align with international standards such as ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety).
- Establish IMS policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Compliance Management:
- Monitor regulatory requirements and industry standards related to quality, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety (OHS).
- Ensure the organization's operations and processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements by conducting regular compliance assessments and audits.
- Audits and Assessments:
- Plan and conduct internal audits, inspections, and assessments of IMS processes and procedures to identify non-conformities, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with external auditors and certification bodies to facilitate external audits and certifications.
- Training and Awareness:
- Provide training, guidance, and support to employees on IMS policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Promote awareness and understanding of IMS principles and objectives throughout the organization through training sessions, workshops, and communications.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and performance of IMS processes.
- Analyze audit findings, performance metrics, and feedback to identify opportunities for process optimization and risk mitigation.
- Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with quality, environmental impact, and occupational health and safety within the organization.
- Develop risk management strategies and action plans to minimize risks and prevent incidents.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to IMS activities, audits, corrective actions, and performance indicators.
- Prepare management reports and presentations to communicate IMS status, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, environmental health and safety (EHS), production, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and integration of IMS processes with business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, or related field; certification in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is preferred.
- Several years of experience in quality management, environmental management, and/or occupational health and safety, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of international standards and regulations related to quality (ISO 9001), environmental management (ISO 14001), and occupational health and safety (ISO 45001).
- Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining integrated management systems (IMS) across multiple disciplines.
- Knowledge of auditing principles, risk management methodologies, and continuous improvement techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Office-based work with occasional travel to manufacturing facilities, supplier sites, or external audits.
- Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate audit schedules or project deadlines.
- Exposure to manufacturing environments and potential hazards associated with automotive production processes.
