Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of services to potential clients. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India, and is suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field Proven experience in sales or customer service is a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Good knowledge of digital marketing and IT services Willingness to travel within the assigned territory Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software Roles and Responsibilites Identify New Sales leads. Must have laptop ( Optional) and own vehicle Field Sales Prospect for new Clients by networking. Cold Calling. Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company. Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Companys practice leaders/Principals. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives. Participate in pricing the solution/service. Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness. Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships. Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services. Manage multiple accounts simultaneously Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
