Job OverviewWe are currently seeking a Sales Executive to Kannur, Kottayam, Alappuzha and Bangalore. his role is focused on selling medical-surgical products and services to healthcare organizations. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and negotiating contracts. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, with a preference for candidates with less than 1 year of experience in a sales role.Qualifications and Skills
  • MBA freshers or experience
  • surgical /Healthcare industry experienced people with graduation
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong customer relationship management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations to promote and sell medical-surgical products and services
  • Identify new opportunities and develop strategies for acquiring new business
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress
