- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly MIS reports, including but not limited to income statements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Support in the development and maintenance of KPI dashboards to monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare variance analysis reports to highlight discrepancies between actual performance and budgeted/forecasted figures.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, working closely with department heads to gather input and validate assumptions.
- Maintain and update cost tracking tools and databases to ensure accurate and timely reporting of expenses.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting and analysis activities.
- Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/MBA /Bcom with a strong academic background in FP&A, reporting, finance, or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, management reporting, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools; experience with ERP systems (SAP) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels of the organization.
