Roles & Responsibilities: l Oversee service delivery of assigned processes or accounts. l Manage people - identify and develop high potential talent. l Be the owner of delivery performance (ensure SLA and KPI meet target) l Drive continuous improvement of delivery. l Promote digitalization and lean concept and culture into team and operation. l Maintain good relationship with customers. l Coordinate and integrate with peers and cross-functions/teams globally. l Ad-hoc assigned by line manager or upper management. Skills & Qualifications: l Person must be from BPO Background with Global Mindset l Extremely good in Planning and Managing the project migration with defined guideline in efficient manner l Very good knowledge and experience in the Finance and Accounting domain to guide the team and address performance Issue, if any-- with mitigation plan and quality assurance l Very good in building and maintaining strong relationships with Customers and all the Stake holders. l Good enough to understand quickly and effectively to meet customer expectations with very good communication skill l Strategic mindset with problem solving and analytical skills l Must have Experience of managing a team of 15/20 Staffs l Provide time to time support to other Team/Managers as required l Open to work in any Shift as per the Business Requirement. l Very good presentation and power point skill is a MUST.
