Job Description Have hands on experience on Total Quality Management (TQM) on Fruits & Vegetables / Perishable Commodity Develop comprehensive Quality SOP across different legs of Supply Chain i.e. right from field to storage to manufacturing plants Training to field staff and ensuring adherence to Quality SOP Work with respective Area In-charge closely to assess the quality at field during crop period and devise storage protocol accordingly. Monitoring Incoming quality at storage, generate reports and circulate action plan lot wise with respective Area In-Charge. Able to learn and identify processing potato defects i.e external and internal Able to develop matrix to score the defects by percentage from the load and make decision to accept or reject the load. Maintain quality of stored processing potatoes with regular inspections and report any abnormalities to the supervisor on time. Able to communicate with manufacturing plant team regarding the quality received and sent and amicably resolve any quality problems Prepare & Analyse end of season quality report, discuss with respective team to prepare plan for next year storage.
