If that is you, we are the right organization.Your job qualification?Primary: Need strong Test engineering skills with good know how of Manual Test skills to work with the Development team in India along with Clients in the US as well as can play role of Scrum Master to brings out the best from each member of the development team using the Scrum method.Role: QA Lead Engineer-Scum MasterKey-Skills:All Manual testing concepts, Knowledge on API testing and SQL will be an added advantage.Desired Experience: 8 to 10 YearsLocation: South BangaloreQualification: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fieldType of Role: Full TimeShift Timings: 11:30 AM IST to 08:30 PM IST.Job Description:Need strong QA Lead Test engineer coupled with Scrum Master skills to work with Development team in India along with clients in US.

Expertise in QA methodologies, Test Process, and practices e.g.

i. Requirement analysis.ii. Test planning.iii. Test case design and development.iv. Test environment setup.v. Test execution.vi. Test cycle closure.

6 plus years of Software Engineering testing experience with manual testing,

Test experience in C#, object-oriented design, and development processes.

Working experience with Selenium (C#) will be an added advantage.

Expertise in testing object-oriented and service-oriented design, and multi-threaded

services/applications.

Prior hands-on experience in testing cloud architectures that include multi-tenancy, horizontal

scale, micro services and RESTful APIs is an added advantage.

Knowledge of testing SQL and understanding of database queries.

Experience in DevOps

Experience of working in an agile environment

· As scrum master it is a must to facilitate standup meetings, conveying information and making sureeveryone’s voice is heard. Superb communication skills are therefore vital for ensuring clear, concise,and effective dialogue so that the meetings are productive and collaborative.

Identify risk and provide recommendations, drive the software engineering schedule, and lead the

effort in performing software improvements, deployments, and operationalizationAgile Teamwork:

Partner with Developers and team members to drive the definition of software development plans, including scoping, estimates, implementation, and operationalization and drive for results.

Develop standards and reusable test processes for all software engineering

Provide technical advice, instruction, and training to software engineers with less experience

Issue Resolution:

Drive highest level production monitoring, scaling, alerting, and support to optimize value to customers efficiently

Collaborate with peers, managers and customers to resolve problems with software products or company software systems.
