Job Title: International Staffing Specialist Location - : Dugri , Ludhiana Timings : 9.30Pm -6.30 Am Facility - Pick& drop Job Overview: An International Staffing Specialist is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and managing talent for international assignments across various industries and geographical locations. They play a crucial role in identifying and placing qualified candidates in positions that align with clients' needs and organizational goals, while ensuring compliance with international labor laws, regulations, and immigration requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Sourcing and Recruitment: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships with recruitment agencies, to identify and attract qualified candidates for international assignments. 2. Candidate Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, experience, cultural fit, and eligibility for international assignments. Coordinate interviews, skills assessments, and background checks as necessary. 3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including multinational corporations, government agencies, non-profit organizations, and international businesses, to understand their staffing needs, priorities, and cultural considerations. 4. International Compliance and Immigration: Ensure compliance with international labor laws, regulations, and immigration requirements related to employment, work visas, permits, and residency status. Provide guidance and support to candidates and clients throughout the immigration process. 5. Contract Negotiation and Offer Management: Facilitate contract negotiations between candidates and clients, including salary, benefits, relocation assistance, and other terms of employment. Manage the offer process and assist with onboarding procedures for successful candidates. 6. Cross-Cultural Communication: Facilitate communication and understanding between candidates and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, addressing cultural differences, language barriers, and expectations to promote successful international assignments. 7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with international staffing, such as legal, cultural, logistical, and security concerns, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure the safety and well-being of candidates. 8. Performance Management and Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout their international assignments, including performance feedback, conflict resolution, cultural adaptation, and career development opportunities. 9. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on trends, developments, and best practices in international staffing, including labor market conditions, industry insights, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities for talent acquisition and deployment. 10. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate information, employment contracts, immigration documents, and compliance requirements. Prepare reports and presentations to update clients and stakeholders on staffing activities, metrics, and outcomes. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, international relations, business administration, or related field; additional certifications in international HR or staffing preferred. Proven experience in international recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition, preferably in a multinational or global organization. Strong knowledge of international labor laws, regulations, immigration policies, and cultural considerations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and clients from diverse backgrounds. Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills to handle multiple assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving, adaptability, and resilience to navigate complex international staffing challenges and address unexpected issues. Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office suite. Fluency in multiple languages may be advantageous, depending on the geographic regions and industries served.
