About the job We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic professional, passionate about advertising, to work with us. The ideal candidate has an analytical mindset, in-depth knowledge of both offline and online media and is an expert communicator. Responsibilities Responsible for brand planning and brand management. Maintain client business relationships Understand client briefs and deliver effectively Be the lead on the account by having in-depth domain knowledge Understanding client requirements, discussing communication strategies with the client Bridging the gap between the client and the team and decoding brief's for the team Planning and prioritizing on accounts and their relevant projects both client facing as well as the internal delivery teams Actively participate in pitches and campaigns across genres Spearheading all brand communication for both online and offline media Expert networking skills to generate new business opportunities and nurture relationships with existing clients Manage and follow up on all commercial aspects of the account Job Requirements & Skills A minimum of 4+ years of experience in an Advertising Agency Minimum Bachelors Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field A strong grasp of strategic thinking for brands Independent and a good Team player, self-motivated, strategic thinker with determination to succeed Proven ability to handle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail and to deliver outputs on time to client Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities A comprehensive grasp of social media communication and marketing strategy Effective PowerPoint presentation making skills for strategy and concept selling Plan and oversee the development and implementation of large-scale, multi-channel marketing campaigns Assessing new business opportunities with a strong revenue target in mind Proven success in winning, delivering, and retaining key clients Excellent analytical and organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Timely and effective reporting
