Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor at Fountainhead School. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career counseling, career development, and career management services to students. They will also be involved in student counseling and effective communication with students and parents. Qualifications Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management skills Experience in student counseling and Psychometric Testing Strong communication skills Knowledge of educational and career resources Ability to build rapport and establish trust with students and parents Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field Relevant certifications or additional qualifications are a plus
