- Design and roll out quarterly training calendar after buy in from top stakeholders and the training committee. Drive monthly meetings with the training committee for India.
- Design and Drive programs to strategically amplify the use of all available internal learning platforms. Create Learning Models on focused goals and expected outcomes using Experian resources, both online and offline.
- Structure and Drive common purpose groups, like Leaders of Tomorrow, women centric workgroups (WiE), innovation centric learning groups, GenAI focused groups, etc.
- Track ROI for all learning programs and initiatives.
- Drive all Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
- Drive all regional and global talent and learning initiatives in India. Ensure the needs of India team are reflected in regional and global learning initiatives.
- Steer a culture of using learnings into practice and showcase efficiency, work effectiveness, cost savings, etc.
- Lead the design and delivery of Induction Programme.
- Facilitate upskilling programs on internal products, tech, knowledge exchange sessions with internal subject matter experts.
- Respond to adhoc training requests, prioritize as per business goals and facilitate.
- Drive and track CSR activities with the CSR team (regional & local).
- Manage closure of all Annual Mandatory Trainings and its Reporting including Statutory and POSH training.
- Manage training providers, negotiate possible discounts, complete procurement process, and facilitate payments.
- Prepare a complete learning catalogue for India highlighting the use of all available resources.
- Manage Company’s learnerships and graduate programmes.
- Compile and maintain training records. Provide monthly dashboards on all learning initiatives, achievements, and clear demonstration of ROIs.
- Participate in HR team projects when required.
- HRD degree, relevant L&D certifications
- 8-10 years of work experience, with minimum 5 years of work experience in a learning specialist role, preferably in the IT sector
- Strong experience in L&D especially in designing, planning, executing and facilitating trainings.
- Experience of Skills Audit for Workplace Skills Planning.
- Confident, articulate, and clear communication skills (verbal and written) with strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Analytical Skills and attention to detail.
- Be able to collate, analyze data and prepare reports.
- Excellent MS & IT skills – Exceptional skills in leveraging AI tools, MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail, Teams
- Ability to work in a team and independently to a high standard without constant supervision and ensure deadlines are met under pressure.
- Must be fully aware of the sensitivity and confidentiality of the function and act upon it.
