Deputy Delivery Hub Manager - TL, Bangalore Roles & responsibilities: -In your role as dark store manager, you will lead the end to end operations of the micro-market - Lead all aspects of Dark store operations including but not limited to inbound, inventory, outbound, manpower planning, rostering, training and employee engagement. - Lead all aspects of riders operations pertaining to your micro-market, including but not limited to rider planning, onboarding, QMS, productivity, training and engagement. - Lead and execute the Dark store capacity planning with respect to infrastructure and manpower. - You will contribute towards development and implementation of SOPs. - Build culture of continuous improvement through lean practices, Gemba Kaizen and other productivity improvement tools. - Institutionalize the processes to delivery strong customer experience - Work cross functionally with peers who will empower you to do your best work - Run experiments that will challenge our assumptions and make Zepto better.
