Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, firmware engineers, and product designers to integrate electronic hardware into overall product designs. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance and support throughout the design and development process. Manage design projects, including defining project requirements, creating schedules, managing budgets, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs. Establish design best practices, standards, and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in electronics design, with a focus on analogue and digital circuit design, PCB layout, and hardware development. Proficiency in CAD software for schematic capture and PCB layout (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, Eagle). Strong understanding of analogue and digital circuit design principles, including signal integrity, power management, and RF considerations. Experience with simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink) for circuit analysis and optimization. Familiarity with industry-standard communication protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART) and interfaces (e.g., USB, Ethernet, HDMI). Demonstrated ability to lead and manage design projects, including defining requirements, creating schedules, and coordinating resources. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
