We are seeking an enthusiastic Electronics Engineer to join our team. The candidate must be capable of doing R&D on different projects. The detailed Job description and requirement of the job is as following. The candidates having more than 5 years experience in the same domain may apply at the earliest. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of electronic circuits, systems, and components, ensuring they meet performance, cost, and manufacturability requirements. Utilize CAD software (e.g., Altium Designer) to create schematics, PCB layouts, and component libraries for electronic designs. Conduct simulations and analyses to verify and optimize circuit performance, signal integrity, and thermal management. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, firmware engineers, and product designers to integrate electronic hardware into overall product designs. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance and support throughout the design and development process. Manage design projects, including defining project requirements, creating schedules, managing budgets, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs. Establish design best practices, standards, and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects. Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and industry developments in electronics design, and evaluate their potential application to current and future projects. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements throughout the design process. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in electronics design, with a focus on analogue and digital circuit design, PCB layout, and hardware development. Proficiency in CAD software for schematic capture and PCB layout (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, Eagle). Strong understanding of analogue and digital circuit design principles, including signal integrity, power management, and RF considerations. Experience with simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink) for circuit analysis and optimization. Familiarity with industry-standard communication protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART) and interfaces (e.g., USB, Ethernet, HDMI). Demonstrated ability to lead and manage design projects, including defining requirements, creating schedules, and coordinating resources. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts and designs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs on schedule and within budget. Job Specification: Senior Electronics Design Engineer Education: A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred but not mandatory. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in electronics design, with a strong focus on analogue and digital circuit design, PCB layout, and hardware development. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing electronic hardware design projects from concept to production. Proven track record of successful design implementations, preferably in a product development environment.
