Be at the front of building on the growth and visibility for the business Job Description The incumbent would report into the Unit Manager and be responsible to: 1. Delivering primary revenue targets for foods as per AOP 2. Deliver trade spends (cost) as per AOP 3. Delivers Brand/Package distribution per AOP for Core and Innovation packs 4. Deliver Premiumization Revenue as per AOP 5. Build necessary plans to consistently grow market share for Foods in each category 6. Work with teams to develop account / channel specific strategies, standards for merchandising, range, promotions, pricing and communicates the same to the field 7. Lead the team in the execution of AOP programs, including the preparation & implementation of marketing initiatives & service 8. Ensure spends hygiene across channels - Retail, Wholesale, Spoke, Organized trade for all packs The Successful Applicant The successful candidate should have . An MBA with 5 years of experience . 1 traditional/ general trade ASM stint in FMCG is pre-requisite .
