Job Brief:As the Manager - Regional Sales, your primary responsibility is to onboard new Franchise/Channel Partners. In this role, you'll be overseeing the acquisition of partners for Expertrons, with the goal of expanding our partner network.Your duties will include engaging with potential partners, presenting our products and services, managing the entire onboarding process, and ensuring seamless franchise sales to our channel partners.Who is a Channel Partner?- A Channel Partner is a company or a person who acquires rights to resell products and services developed by Expertrons.What does the Channel Partner onboarding team do?- Onboard business / franchise partners with the aim of improving partner network of Expertrons. Talk to interested inbound enquiries. Pitch the products, company, business model etc. Look into End to end onboarding process from pitch to handover.Roles & Responsibilities:1. Establishes productive, professional relationships with assigned leads for Partner On-boarding.2. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner leads.3. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.4. Responsible for converting leads into successful on-boarding of Channel Partner into the system.5. End to end on-boarding of channel Partners from initial conversation to agreement signing.6. Proficient in communication, Relationship Building & Negotiations.Preferred Skill Sets:1. Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success 2. Strong negotiation skills and Strong communication and presentation skills 3. CRM experience is preferred 4.
