Information Technology Associate RoleYou will be responsible for general oversight of technological solutions across Chillibreeze and its units. You will be working with a team to innovate and implement tech solutions that will help Chillibreeze to stay ahead and be up to date with recent technology. The overall role is to enable the Chillibreeze team to work effectively while also encouraging them to be more productive by being more innovative in finding ways and means to serve our customers better.Primary Responsibilities· Manage Helpdesk for tickets assigned.· Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)· Manage and maintain vendor relationships such as internet service providers etc.· Proactive IT maintenance for IT infrastructure.· Project Management· Collaboration with other teams and vendors· Work with the team to leverage technology· Training and adoption of tools and applications· Implementing new technology solutions such as tools and applications· Discover and communicate new features of current applications· Tools and Applications management· Ensure the security and confidentiality of customer and company data· Research and developmentRequirements· Familiar with Microsoft Office applications· Ability to work with Sincere Care· Reliable, hardworking, humble, willingness to learn and ability to work seamlessly with the team· Good comprehension and communication skills· Tech savvyEligibility· Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any degree with computer skills.Starting Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹ 25,000 per month
