Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesThe Assistant/Deputy Manager-PQA Haridwar will be responsible for various key deliverables within the Quality department of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. Some of the responsibilities include:

Familiarizing with vehicle evaluation process and ensuring its effective implementation throughout the department
Executing vehicle evaluation plans and striving to improve the overall quality of vehicles
Conducting show & tell meetings to monitor actions for closure
Building the capabilities of associates in vehicle evaluation
Deploying associates to conduct vehicle audits and monitoring their utilization
Enhancing product audit evaluation guidelines inline with customer expectations
Planning and executing initial batch certification for critical engineering changes
Familiarity with MPPAP, FMEA, Control plan, MSA & SPC
Adhering to laid down QMS, effectively implementing it, and facilitating continuous improvement
Deploying special checks for export vehicles
Periodic review with IO Team
Driving 0 & 3 MIS for export vehicles

Preferred IndustriesAutomobileEducation QualificationThe preferred education qualification for this position is a Bachelor of Engineering. Specifically, a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical or Automobile would be advantageous due to the technical aspect of the role.General ExperienceThe ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the automobile industry. This experience should include exposure to various aspects of quality control and vehicle evaluation. The candidate should be well-versed in industry standards and best practices related to product quality.Critical ExperienceCritical experience required for this role includes:

Thorough knowledge and understanding of MPPAP, FMEA, Control plan, MSA & SPC
Experience in planning and executing initial batch certification for critical engineering changes
Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and adherence to quality management systems
Experience in conducting product audits and enhancing evaluation guidelines to meet customer expectations
Ability to lead and manage a team of associates in vehicle evaluation and quality control
