Qualification – Graduate
Work Timings – 9 hours per day (Flexible)
Experience is no bar as long as you're a go-getter and have the acumen and willingness to learn.
Working Days – Monday to Friday. 3 Saturdays off in a month, remaining Saturday's full day working
Workplace – Mazgaon
Salary Basis experience and caliber Other Benefits – PF, Medical, 24 days paid leave, variable performance incentive.

Brief Job Description1) Conduct employee onboarding and exit formalities2) Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.3) Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form4) Ensure compliance with labor regulations5) Assisting managers in the third-party payroll process and employee documentation6) Ensuring utmost confidentiality is maintained for all sensitive HR information.7) Ensure all employee information in the HRMS software is up to date8) Process monthly payroll, calculation of overtime, etc9) Processing in Spine SoftwareSkill Sets required1) Proficiency with MS Office applications2) Excellent communication and people skills3) Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach4) Any HR experience will be an added advantage5) Ability to work independently6) Should possess good analytical skills
