- Lead the execution of TA programs and practices related to workforce planning / management in the global sourcing COE.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders across different internal functions to define & lead strategic initiatives that can support the achievement of business goals.
- Work with functional TA teams to drive operational excellence, adopt data driven decision making and implement best practices.
- Highly Metrics driven individual with team handling experience.
- Driving the full spectrum of supply management from COE standpoint.
- Identifying and partnering with external providers/vendors/partners as required to ensure hiring needs are met.
- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
- Establish best practices around sourcing function.
- 10 years+ experience in managing end to end recruitment in a fast-paced, predominantly in a, technology hiring environment.
- Experience working in a start-up ecosystem is highly desirable and will be a key differentiator.
- Exposure to hiring for skills in niche and emerging technologies.
- Technical bent of mind and a flair to understand technology hiring needs of clients and be able to advice TA team on the talent landscape.
- Intent to market research data always on talent scoping.
- Experience hiring across multiple career levels from entry level to leadership talent.
- Demonstrated experience in hiring high volumes and against tight deadlines.
- Managed diverse recruitment teams that work in different engagement models like source / screen / present and end to end. Ability to manage teams that are not co-located.
- Ability to conceptualize, manage and execute mid to large scale assessment centers / hiring drives/weekend drives to fulfil bulk demands against stiff timelines.
- Create growth opportunities within existing scope of work through seamless service delivery
