Responsible for new client acquisition and sales, which includes market research, pitching, contract negotiation, and sign-up.what a typical day at work wo uld look like. Aggressive prospecting in respective market for prospect clients and maintaining a healthy prospect funnel. Ability to build/nurture/grow a strong network of people/channels for lead generation (internally and externally).. Meeting up regularly with Strategic Heads/Business Heads/CXO levels of various companies to get insights on their HR plans and provide staffing solutions accordingly.. Ensuring sign-ups with clients using pricing framework.. Responsible for the entire company development cycle. Tracking new initiatives, rivals' activity and performance,detecting market shifts, and developing new models.. Evolving Team SLA's specific to client requirements & business processes.. Collates inputs of client specifications and presenting them to the delivery team and ensuring smooth transition of assignments..
