Data Delivery Technical Analyst / Technology Operations The Data Delivery Technical Analyst will join the Technology Operations team as part of the Information Access Group (IAG). The focus of this role will be developing and supporting the delivery of our Wealth Management platform data to our clients. This individual will work within the IBM Mainframe and distributed UNIX / Windows environments utilizing a multitude of industry leading data transformation and delivery tools. This role will require a motivated individual that is highly productive and detailed oriented to work with our development, product, and functional teams. Role Responsibilities / What You'll Do Ability to analyze, develop, test, debug, implement, and support data delivery components in test and production environments Ability to update and maintain Information Access Group (IAG) data delivery documentation Ability to validate hardware, software upgrades and patches Ability to work on and time manage several projects at the same time Ability to participate in Proof-of-Concept and Proof-of-Technology initiatives Ability to collaborate effectively and successfully with IAG and Matrix team members Ability to Interact with our client's data integration personnel Ability to follow best practices for overall IAG development Availability to participate in an on-call rotation Availability to work during off-hours and weekends is required Qualifications / Experience Required Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology 4+ years of hands-on IBM Mainframe JCL and ISPF experience 4+ years of hands-on UNIX application development and scripting experience 4+ years of hands-on ETL tool experience, preferably with the Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica PowerExchange products Working knowledge of COBOL and DB2, is strongly desired Working knowledge of NDM file transfer, is strongly desired Working knowledge of MS-SQL & MS-SQL Replication, is strongly desired Working knowledge of IBM MQ Delivery, is strongly desired Must have a consistent track record of delivering projects on time, with quality, accuracy and within budget Must be detail oriented with strong development skills Must have excellent organization, interpersonal, and communication skills Must have demonstrated the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Intrigued by a challenge as large and fascinating as the world itself Come join us.
