- S/he is responsible for all day to day HR execution of the organization she/he supports. He/she closely interacts with your managers and employees on the ground and keeps connected to all issues.

- Will assist BU leader with execution of identified HR/ People goals and strategy
- Communication and implementation of HR policies and guidelines.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives at BU Level.
- Support the Business with talent management activity through succession planning and leadership development reviews for the business supported.
- Sound knowledge in hiring practices and trends.
- Front end merit increase and promotion activities.
- Manage grievance and ombudsman queries by conducting necessary inquiries /investigations.
- Will need to assist as required with global mobility processes.
- Work with managers to run performance connect, pulse survey actions and other key people related actions.
- Keep engaged with employees on the ground.
- Works autonomously with limited oversight from manager.
- Coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals.
- May manage small projects or processes.
- Influences others regarding policies, practices, and procedures.
- Addresses basic to moderately complex HR-related inquiries from all levels of employees in an assigned department or business unit. Refers employees, as needed, to the applicable HR specialist.
- Drives the Talent process for specific BU along with the respective M5 teams.
- Drives the merit process along with M5 leaders for their respective businesses.
- Will own projects from time as defined by BU leader and Senior HRP
- MBA with 6 plus years of experience in day to day HR execution of the organization.
- Background check and drug screen required (every external new hire in the India)
