- Direct Marketing and Field Sales initiatives in the Region for WIDMA Products (refer www.Widma.com).
- Business Development for WIDMA products in the region. (Enquiry Generation to order / Sales)
- Co-ordinate with Product Team at HO for timely submission of quotation. Interface between Customer & Product Team.
- Techno -Commercial discussion with customer and order finalization.
- Lead and act for customer Satisfaction.
- To Achieve / Exceed Allotted order Target from the Region for WIDMA products and have YOY Growth.
- Maintain customer Satisfaction.
- Supply payment & Advance payment collection within Specified timelines.
- BE (Mechanical / Mechatronics /Prod. Engg. /Indus. Engg.)/ DME*
- Overall experience in Metal cutting Machine Tool field & at least 2 years in Field experience/customer interaction.
- Strong ability to understand customer's issues and to tackle problems. Comfortable with taking responsibility and to meet with customer expectation.
- Tech-commercial business Acumen.
- Good Presentation skills, Written and Verbal communication skills in regional language as well as English.
