DescriptionMission Statement:As Solution Architect, manage design, build, test and support of automation workflows/solutions understanding the business need and problem statement and working closely with a team of internal and external Robotic Process Automation (RPA) developers/engineers and architects. Tool - Power Platform With AI and Automation AnywhereYour Responsibilities:Develop, enhance and maintain the automation platform and capability architecture, standards and procedures following industry best practices, help the developer to comply with the defined coding guidelines. Provide guidance to the AMS team on Building and maintaining Automation Operational Handbook ensuring smooth transition to Application Maintenance Service (AMS)/RPA support team. Conduct code reviews ensuring the defined/recommended coding standards and practices.Assess automation opportunities from technical standpoint and perform technical feasibility / due diligence to arrive at an optimal solution, Own Solution Design Document (SDD) or Technical Design Document (TDD) considering re-useability of the code/build components.Manage CRs and different environments of the soltuions/technologies being the production admin and ensures the best practices, optimal use of the BOTs/ licenses. Be the single point of contact (SPOC) between Hitachi Energy and technology vendors for any technical issues/ support required.Experience in Document Automation/ Cognitive OCR capabilities etc. will be preferred.Support issue resolutions arising in day-to-day processes and provide timely resolution with the help relevant parties (internal or external) adhering the agreed SLAsDrives and leads automation of platform and service-related activities from architecture perspective and help the team adapting new technologies like Machine Learning/ Artificial Intelligence, Chatbots etc.Collaborate with other IT teams, architects to identify the right tech or solution to avoid redundancy and ensuring the proposed automation solutions are best fit and aligned with overall organization’s technology environment.Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Your Background:Bachelor’s or higher Degree in information systems / computer science or equivalent.A minimum 8 years of experience in software/application development, out of which at least 4 years of experience of designing and building RPA solutions based using Power Platform and Microsoft technologies (e.g. Azure Open AI, Cognitive services etc.Experiences working with SAP 4/HANA/ Microsoft Azure and Automation Anywhere, Workday is an advantage.Expert understanding of RPA development methodologies, Automation opportunity identification and process optimization.Hands-on experience with SQL, REST APIs, Python, OCR (IQ Bots), NLP, AI/MLWorking knowledge of git, Azure DevOps, Automation Control room set up.Architectural approach combined with business-oriented mindset, with good articulation, facilitation and consensus building skills.Flexible, able to work independently, provide larger business solutions.Have worked in global/multicultural environment.Experience in Document Automation/ Cognitive OCR capabilities etc. will be preferred.Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
