- Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of scrum team objectives.
- Use best practices of selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
- Provides input to development of product vision, strategy to support VMT
- Supports cross-functional product requests and ensures enablement and alignment on the engagement model
- Follow key processes to optimize getting things done; simplifies complexity; can see opportunities for synergy and integration and gets more out of fewer resources across organization
- Manages Individual Contributors. Hire, onboard, and develop individual contributors up to Principal level.
- Manages vendor relationships and statements of work when appropriate; supports the team in escalations as needed
- Supports designing strategy and successful execution on supporting processes like Playbook adoption, planning and intake processes
- Supports the achievement of scrum team's operational metrics - Product and application health, adoption, etc.
- Supports the development of organizational plans that fit overall Business Platforms strategy
- 6+ years of relevant product management, system analyst, or related experience
- 6+ years Workday experience
- Be proficient in Workday HCM and have a working knowledge of: Time Tracking, Talent, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and Report Writer
- Ability to define roadmaps and plan execution against those roadmaps at a monthly, quarterly, and annual cadence.
- Ability to identify risks and mitigate at the scrum or team level
- Ability to identify resourcing gaps on the team, hire and develop talent, and manage performance when necessary.
- Ability to manage business partner relationships and expectations, define project scope, prioritize, and communicate at an executive level
- Prior resource management experience
- Prior experience in an agile software development environment
- Workday HCM experience
- Workday Integrations experience
- Workday Expenses experience
- EIBs and calculated fields a plus
- Hands-on experience developing and enhancing custom reports and dashboards in SaaS or enterprise systems.
