- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed technical requirements for SFMC, SendGrid, Twilio & few other technologies
- Shape and prioritize backlog items based on business expertise and customer needs.
- Align dependencies, anticipate risks and manage escalations in a timely manner.
- Assess upcoming priorities and raise resource needs as appropriate.
- Develop business cases when net new investment is needed.
- Facilitate release planning, sprint planning, demos and actively participate in pod ceremonies.
- Work with Lead Engineer to balance tech debt, create technical documentation and design solutions.
- Collaborate with relevant teams for CDP integration into SFMC and other platforms.
- Collaborate with relevant digital and data technology teams. Experience with CDP, DAM, and ecommerce apps preferred
- Translate business requirements, support SFMC product vision, roadmap and priorities alignment.
- Define and execute test strategies specific to SFMC solutions, ensuring product quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to integrate CDP, DAM(Digital Asset Management) solutions seamlessly into SFMC and other platforms.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience and expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) capabilities, including email marketing, automation, personalization, data extensions and APIs.
- Additionally, experience with SendGrid and Twilio platforms including their respective capabilities in email/SMS marketing, automation and data integration is highly advantageous.
- Business Analysis: Strong business analysis skills to align technical solutions with business goals and customer needs.
- Technical Documentation: Proficient in creating detailed technical documentation and user stories specific to SFMC solutions.
- Tools Proficiency: Advanced skills in Jira, Confluence and managing product backlogs/release plans.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills to accurately analyse situations and make informed decisions.
- Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, proactively identifying and addressing challenges to ensure project continuity and success.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or related engineering disciplines, or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in technical roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), SendGrid, Twilio, or similar marketing automation and communication platforms.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams in software development environments, including managing product backlogs and delivery roadmaps.
- Hands-on experience with email, SMS and mobile push delivery systems, showcasing proficiency in these communication channels and platforms like SendGrid and Twilio.
- Possession of 1 or 2 SFMC Email specialist / Consultant / Developer / Admin certifications would be beneficial, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development and expertise in SFMC capabilities.
