- Developing sales strategies and specific account plans to ensure reaching annual revenue targets and new customer growth in India and SE Asia. Advancing and closing sales opportunities through successfully executing your implemented sales strategy.
- Acting as a trusted advisor so you can understand prospects' commerce search & recommendation challenges and establish positive relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements. Understanding their technology footprint, growth plans, and D2C industry trends.
- Manage and grow a sales pipeline within your list of strategic accounts. Leading all account relations and owning the end-to-end cycle, including regular monthly or quarterly business reviews.
- Engaging closely with ViSenze's Solution Engineering and Product teams to fine-tune solutions depending on the size and need of the customer. Learn from other regions' customers' commerce experiences and use cases to drive more stickiness.
- 7+ years of experience and a proven track record in sales, business development, and account management. Be knowledgeable in e-commerce and technology.
- Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Be able to understand and articulate retail consumer journeys.
- Be a self-starter, proactive, and able to work independently. Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
