Solarwinds L2 Job Description 3 to 5 years of experience in Architecting, Deploying, Implementing, Support and Maintaining Solarwinds Application with following modules - NPM, NCM, NTA, SAM, IPAM, VNQM, WPM, DPA etc. Should have experience in monitoring various types of IT infrastructure like Networks, Servers, Virtual, AWS, Storage etc. Extensive knowledge on delivering monitoring solutions for Enterprise Applications which includes Office 365, Citrix, Oracle Database, SQL Database, SharePoint etc. Solarwinds Certification on NPM, SAM and Orion Architecture will be Good, other certificates will be plus points. Experience in Migrating, Upgrading Solarwinds Application environment from old version to latest versions in complex environment which includes multiple additional polling engines, HA Engines, Additional Web Servers etc. Advance troubleshooting experience using Log Adjuster tools, Tracing tools and Debugging methods. Must have scripting knowledge on SQL queries, Powershell and REST API. Knowledge on Integration with third party tools using various methods like REST API, Email, Logs, Events etc preferably with Service now, Splunk and cloud services. Automation capabilities for L1 and L2 tasks which are repeative in nature e.g. Node Addition/Deletion, Custom properties updating etc. Customized alerting, reporting and dashboard creation using custom scripts like HTML, SQL, SWQL etc. Database performance troubleshooting and implementing Best Practices optimization for Solarwinds Environment. Must have Networks and Server Infra basic understanding. Experience in dealing with multiple cloud vendors like - AWS, Azure, Google cloud etc. for monitoring requirements and integration. Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. Making good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward. Zeal to learn new technologies and finding innovative ideas. Good communication with clear understanding of needs and delivery outcome based on audience. Excellent Presentation and Demonstration skills to clients. Should have knowledge on Microsoft Excel operations like VLookup, Concatenate, Sum, Pivoting etc. Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations and Visio diagrams for architecture layout and documentation purpose.
