Position Overview Responsible for heading all activities related to Banking, Accounts and Finance for the Company Desired Experience 20 - 25 years Desired Qualification Chartered Accountant Responsibilities Accounts & Financial reporting: Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations to ensure timely and accurate financial information and reporting with appropriate internal controls, ensure compliance with all statutory requirements through plant/location & Corporate accounts team. Prepare standalone and consolidated financials (five foreign subsidiaries) to ensure financial reporting (quarterly & annual), compliance, and presentation to the board and Audit Committee. Supervise the audit process and periodic financial reporting, ensure compliance related to Ind AS and SEBI / ROC/stock exchange compliance of listed entities. Design & implement systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial & process controls. Mange completion of internal, and statutory audits and support for regulatory inspections/audits. KMP for Exchange/SEBI compliance. Coordination with parent company for various accounting requirements and related party transactions. Management reporting, Controlling, Planning & Budgeting: Monthly review and analysis of the financial performance of India business and global subsidiaries to partnering & providing proactive decision-making support like plant-wise, and product-wise profitability inputs on the financial performance. Periodic financial analysis, management reporting in form of various MIS and Dashboards at standalone/consolidated level; annual planning & budgeting exercise, periodic financial forecasting and controlling. Working capital monitoring includes inventory management, receivable, and payable monitoring. Monitor, review, and discuss with stakeholders about the cost analysis, CAPEX & OPEX variance analysis with respect to budget / latest forecast. Tax compliance: Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance across locations and corporate office to ensure timely and accurate statutory payments and compliances. Closure of VAT / CST Assessments about the pre-GST regime for the company. Compliances relating to GST including filing Returns as per statutory due dates, Export Rebate Refunds and Completing Audits. Closure of Tax audits, assessments, show cause notices, etc. Banking & other compliances: Oversee banking and treasury function, fund allocation & management, close coordination with management for cash flow monitoring. KMP & authorized signatory for finance related compliances and banking operations. Monitor foreign remittances/receipts about documentation, processing, and accounting. Ensure payroll processing and employee-related compliances. Managing credit rating requirements, liaising with banks for short term/ long term borrowings and related compliance. Desired Skills Experience of heading an accounts and finance department in a manufacturing organization. Excellent knowledge of all aspects related to Accounts and Finance. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and timeline-driven environment.
