Overview Design and implement network solutions using Fortigate, Cisco, and Aruba technologies to meet the organization's requirements. Configure and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime Configure and manage Security Devices - Firewalls, Radius, authentication, MFA etc Experience on NAC solutions Clear-pass (Network Access Control).Handling Authentication servers. AAA, Radius, Tacacs etc Configure and manage SSL VPN, IPSEC, SDWAN etc. Upgrade and Install IOS Software Image for FortiGate, Cisco, Aruba etc Troubleshoot and diagnose IP network issues and determine appropriate solutions. Perform first-tier troubleshooting using tools and utilities to resolve network performance and related network issues Configure and Manage NMS tools like SolarWinds, Manage Engine etc Document Network and Telecom related project at high level using Microsoft Project, Visio and Excel ISP and Vendor communication - outages, follow-ups and support Must be willing to work outside normal business hours, night shifts to accomplish upgrades and maintenance with minimal effect upon productivity. On-Call Support: Must be willing to carry a cell phone at work and during off hours. Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written. A thorough understanding of DHCP, DNS, OSPF, Static, NMS, SNMP and Wireshark packet tracer.
