By acting upon shared values, companies and their people find the means to out behave and outperform.About the role:We are looking for an experienced candidate who should have an in-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS , ARIA and the concepts of web accessibility; an up-to-date knowledge on the range of assistive technology available to people with a disability; with good communication skills.Your responsibilities will include:

Conduct accessibility evaluations and audits of digital products, including websites, single page web applications, mobile applications, and software, using a variety of testing tools and assistive technologies.
Identify accessibility issues and barriers for users with disabilities and provide detailed reports and recommendations for remediation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to integrate accessibility best practices into the development process.
Perform manual accessibility testing using screen readers, keyboard navigation, and other assistive technologies to verify compliance with accessibility standards, such as WCAG 2.2 and ADA.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to digital accessibility.

Requirements

In-depth knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines, such as WCAG, ADA, and Section 508.
Knowledge on ARIA mandatory
Proficiency in using accessibility testing tools, such as screen readers (e.g., NVDA, JAWS), automated testing tools (e.g., Axe, WAVE), and browser developer tools.
Experience with assistive technologies and accessibility features across various platforms and devices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize accessibility issues.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex accessibility concepts and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
Certifications in accessibility testing or related areas (e.g., IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies) are a plus.
