- Undertake Projects related to Customers Journey visa a vis Login and disbursements and structural improvements in processes related to Service
- Improve the existing processes with strategy to Simplify, Automate & even eliminate unnecessary process if required -to improve TAT and & enhance customer experience
- Evaluate the process to ensure they are documented with achievable TAT's
- Assist in projects related to Operations & credit process transformation initiatives.
- Understanding the best practises in the Industry and ability to control customer attrition & improve the SOH
- Coordinate with Various stake holders in the Bank-Legal/ Operations/ Credit to ensure the assignments are delivered quickly and effectively.
- Should be able to multi task & manage multiple projects.
- Coordinate with Departments for prioritization & delivery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer centric attitude and out of the box thinker
- Preferably a CA or a MBA from a reputed institute
