A PR agency is hiring for the profile of Human Resource Specialist. Location: Mumbai Experience: 2-4 years Job Description: Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes Conduct employee on boarding and help organize training & development initiatives Administer compensation and benefit plans Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews Undertake tasks around performance management Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace Requirements and Skills: Proven experience as strong core HR role Experience in strategic planning and implementation Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures Deep knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment etc.) Good knowledge of employment laws Outstanding knowledge of MS Office Excellent communication and people skills Well-organized with excellent leadership qualities Strong decision making skills Aptitude in problem-solving Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
