As a Brand Manager, the incumbent would have complete business responsibility for the brand across HoReCa, QSR channels. The incumbent would also lead marketing, understand consumer need gaps and lead new product development for the brand-Ideate & contribute in drawing the road map for the Brand in the short term (1-2 Years)-Discover new / changing insights by working with the CMI Team & Agency to understand evolving consumer needs-Identify opportunities in HoReCa, QSRs and Key Accounts-Build Business case for identified opportunities for alignment with key stakeholders-Lead new product development/customisation work for HoReCa segment in coordination with cross functional teams especially R&D team-Ideate & contribute to planning of ongoing projects, initiatives (NPD, Launch, Re-positioning etc.)-Drive on ground execution with Sales function and other key stakeholders & track success parameters-Lead & contribute to streamlining & improving internal processes, routines basis industry Best Practices, developments in the field of Consumer MarketingOpportunity to work in a leading FMCG organisation|Prospect a long term career and growth opportunities-A relevant experience and a good understanding of HoReCa channel-Proven success in new business development across institutional channel-Experience in new product development would be an added advantageA leading consumer wellness company with a global footprint.
