- Preparation of purchase order for RME mailing PO to supplier. Follow up with party for material BWI.
- Organizing planning of purchase order and pending indent and work priority.
- Inventory Management.
- Spare Part Management.
- Arrange for uploading truck PI/wooden reel stack them and preparation of monthly stock report.
- Preparation for bill file periodically, gets it signed with authority and submits to account department for payment.
- Arrangement for local tempo based on empty reels planning received from Production Department indent wise issue report sent to production.
- Preparation of non-return Gate pass for empty reels.
- Arrange for carpenter for making wooden pallet scrap arrange sale wooden scrap after re size pallet.
- Local cash purchase item form market.
- Preparation of cash voucher for local tempo freight (case to case basis)
- Scrap management.
- Hotel booking for out M/2 side abroad guest arrangement for their pick up / car booking arrangement of lunch and dinner for guest.
- Review of stock items System vs. Physical.
- Searching of new items, critical items, searching of source on Internet, Magazines and Known Circle.
- New vendor development based on quantity and quality and delivery or alternative source.
- Based on past record of supplier, items consumption, regarding quality and cost try to move new vendor development.
- Administrative activity like maintaining files, paper work as per ISO standard. Also maintain in Electronic Media.
- Review of payment, urgent payment, and advance payments.
- Scheduling works and meeting weekly, monthly, meeting for objectives, task, MIS, repair work etc
- To generate MIS report such as Monthly pending indent report, Monthly Pending purchase order report, Monthly New vendor development report, Monthly Departmental objective report, Monthly returnable and non-returnable gate pass review report, Monthly ERP work review report.
- Giving on the job training to subordinates
- Evaluating information using relevant information and individual judgments to determine whether work, task complies as per standards.
- Candidate must have experience of purchase
- Candidate should be Aggressive & Proactive
- Must have excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Creative bent of mind and should have a problem solving approach
- Time Management and Planning Skills
- Crisis Management Skills
- Preferred Software Knowledge: MS Office
- Preferred Language Proficiency (Written & Verbal): English, Hindi, Gujarati
- Age Criteria: Max. up to 30 Years
- Industry Preferred: Engineering / Manufacturing
