Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Asst Production Manager for Wooden Section. The person will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day manufacturing operations of our wooden department, ensuring efficient production processes, managing inventory, and coordinating with suppliers. They will also be responsible for quality control, tracking production metrics, and implementing process improvements. Qualifications Ability to use ArtCam and AUTOCAD for design Development. Experience in production management, preferably in the furniture or manufacturing industry Knowledge of production processes and ability to optimize workflows Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers Knowledge of quality control principles and ability to implement quality standards Excellent communication and leadership skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Experience with lean manufacturing principles is a plus Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or related field
