Role: Sales Manager Real Estate Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (Onsite) Job Type: Full Time- Permanent Experience: 1- 2 Year (Real Estate or Related Field) Education: Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field Salary: 30k-65k (Depends Upon Experience, open to discuss) Job Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, giving sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and attending industry events. Responsible for generating revenue through given sales leads. Calling prospective leads that are generated by internal/external sources. Scheduling and conducting regular meetings with the Customers/Clients &participating in events Understanding the need of customers and catering their Requirements accordingly. Taking customers for project sites and getting site visit done and briefing onproject USPs thoroughly. Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product launch. Report on sales activities to senior management Reaching the targets and goals set for your area Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base Compiling and analysing sales figures Collecting customer feedback and market research Keeping up to date with products and competitors Required Candidate Profile: Candidate Must possess excellent Communication skills and Highly Presentable Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills. Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers. Excellent listening skills. Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
