Dual qualified attorney (India and US) to lead legal operations of a US headquartered global SAAS platform.

Draft and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, including those related to energy services consulting, vendors, non-disclosure, financial and other agreements.
Work as part of the legal team, and cross-functionally with other teams on a variety of commercial
matters.
Work closely with members of the legal, finance and commercial teams to develop scalable processes
and procedures.
