Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales of our product 'Lavizzo - Care beyond Cleaning' in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of Lavizzo Detergent Liquid in the territory, managing key accounts, and leading a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG sales, strong leadership skills, Technology driven, and the ability to drive results in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and expand market share for Lavizzo Detergent Liquid in Ahmedabad. Lead, mentor, hire and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Identify, and develop new business opportunities, including identifying and convenience potential distributors and retail outlets. Prepare and generate Product Performance Testing & Consumer Perception Testing for Lavizzo Detergent Liquid in the Market. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyzes to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain to ensure effective product positioning, promotions, and distribution. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. (MBA can be a Plus point) Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in FMCG, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
