We are seeking a User Researcher and Designer who will be responsible for conducting user research, designing and testing prototypes, and developing user-centred experiences for our customers. Key Responsibilities Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights into user behaviours and preferences. Analyze and synthesize research findings to inform the design process. Help the lead product designer with design, market and user research. Develop and optimize information architecture, ensuring logical and intuitive navigation for users. Create user flows and wireframes to outline user interactions and system functionality. Design and prototype user interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and usability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of design principles into the development process. Plan and execute usability testing sessions to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement. Iterate on designs based on feedback from usability testing and user feedback. Collaborate with visual designers to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing user interface. Ensure consistency in design elements and branding across digital products Advocate for and implement accessibility best practices in design to ensure an inclusive user experience. Conduct audits and testing to identify and address accessibility concerns. Work closely with product designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements. Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to cross-functional teams. Requirements User Research and Human-Computer Interaction skills Strong analytical skills with experience in quantitative research Service Design experience Excellent communication and collaboration skills Proficiency in design thinking principles and methods Relevant degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma Minimum 1- 2 years of experience. Experience designing for mobile applications is a must. An understanding of agile methodology and experience working in cross-functional teams is desirable.
