As a Senior SAP CS Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our customer service initiatives by leveraging your deep expertise in SAP CS module and your strong leadership skills. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation projects for SAP Customer Service solutions, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, and deployment. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and providing strategic guidance on leveraging SAP CS functionalities to achieve business objectives. Lead workshops and design sessions with clients to define business processes, functional requirements, and solution architectures for SAP CS implementations. Design and implement innovative solutions to address complex customer service challenges, utilizing both standard SAP functionality and custom enhancements. Collaborate with technical teams to develop and deploy custom enhancements and extensions using ABAP programming language, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices. Conduct comprehensive testing of SAP CS solutions to validate functionality, performance, and scalability, and ensure adherence to quality standards and client expectations. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development through knowledge sharing, coaching, and hands-on guidance. Partner with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client presentations. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in SAP Customer Service and related technologies, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge to drive innovation and thought leadership within the organization.
