The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the international market, particularly in the exports of iron and steel castings. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in the export of iron and steel castings. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field. strong knowledge of international trade regulations and export compliance. Proven track record in developing and executing successful international sales strategies. Skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus. Key Responsibilities Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Conduct thorough market research to identify new international markets for iron and steel castings. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate and expand in these markets. Sales & Customer Relations Manage and grow relationships with international clients. Identify and acquire new clients through proactive outreach, networking, and attending industry events. Negotiate contracts and close deals with international clients. Export Compliance & Logistics Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and laws. Oversee the logistics of exporting goods, including coordination with shipping companies and customs agents. Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals. Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely deliveries.
