Enterprise/large Service Management implementation experience ServiceNow Platform Expertise ServiceNow platform, including its architecture, database structure, and core functionalities. Configuring ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue, Knowledge Management and Request Management. Development & Reporting Develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business requirements, ServiceNow development tools like Studio, Flow Designer, Scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST API integration experience and AngularJS; Write, debug, and maintain scripts (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, etc.) in ServiceNow Designing and implementing sophisticated workflows and automation within ServiceNow to streamline ITSM processes. Build and customise reports and dashboards within ServiceNow. Utilise ServiceNows Performance Analytics to develop reporting and analytics solutions. Data import and manipulation using tools like Import Sets and Transform Maps Knowledge of ServiceNow standard practices and coding standards to ensure efficient and maintainable code. You have knowledge of ITSM and analytical tools (including ServiceNow Platform Analytics) Software Development Adhere to Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Experience in presenting to an audience on technical aspects of the platform and in a specific domain. Must be a dynamic team player & demonstrated strong leadership abilities. Solid experience in requirements gathering, including experience in creating process documentation, solution designs and detailed requirements. Proven experience in defining and deploying to be Continual Service Improvement processes and in identifying solutions from a people, process and technology perspective. Hands-on experience beyond ITSM into ITOM, Project Portfolio Management, HR Management, Field Service Management Certified implementation consultant across ITSM and ITBM, at a minimum 1 other implementation certificate Experience across multiple ServiceNow releases, ideally to the most recent release, ability to clearly articulate release updates and impacts Required Skills: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong technical background and proven with a track record of successful project implementations. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide Script) with extensive hands-on experience in platform customization. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configurations, including Forms, Lists, Business Rules, UI Policies, etc. Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs. Knowledge of ITIL practices and ServiceNow best practices. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong project management skills. Education Qualification: Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. ITIL V3 or V4 Certified, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are required.
