- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top-tier schools, educational institutions, and EdTech platforms.
- Collaborate with school administrators, CAS Coordinators (IB School), School Trustees, Principal, and other stakeholders to introduce and integrate our student fundraising program into the educational ecosystem.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for Student Fundraising Vertical, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and goals.
- Create engaging presentations and educational materials to introduce the fundraising program to schools and students.
- Provide guidance and support to schools in implementing and promoting fundraising initiatives.
- Identify and approach potential partners for International schools PAN India, e.g. IB, IGCSE,Tier 1 International Schools, including student clubs and extracurricular organizations, to broaden the reach of the fundraising program.
- Actively participate in educational events, conferences, and workshops to promote the Student Fundraising Vertical and establish new partners.
- Develop training materials and resources for students, teachers, and school coordinators involved in fundraising initiatives.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to equip students with the necessary skills for successful fundraising campaigns.
- Oversee and manage student-led fundraising campaigns, by being in touch with students throughout the campaign duration, providing feedback to the students and being constantly in touch with them.
- Effectively communicate the impact of student-led campaigns to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports on program performance, including key metrics, success stories, and challenges.
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in EdTech, Educational field, or a related field
- Proven experience in youth engagement with a strong network in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Previous experience in project management and program implementation.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of best practices in fundraising activities
