As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software basis the customer’s business goals, needs and general business environment creating software solutions.You will:Contribute to the design and architecture of new or re-engineered software/storage environmentsPrepare written software/storage specifications for sophisticated products from architectural diagrams and documentsBuild and review design, functional, technical and/or user documentation, as neededImplement Client and Server-side automations within the ServiceNow platform with scripting, including but not limited to Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Actions, Workflows, Data Policies, ACLs, etcImplement integrations with external systems for the ServiceNow platform with scripting, including but not limited to Scripted REST API, Scheduled Jobs, ECC Queue, Event Queue.Take the first step towards your dream career

Here’s what we are looking for with this role:Essential RequirementsExperience 5-8 years as a ServiceNow platform developer.Experience in ServiceNow architecture and primary applications like Incident, Service Catalog, Change, CMDB, KB, Self-Service, and Update Sets.Experience in programming languages like JavaScript, Glide AngularJS, Jelly, HTML/CSS and XML/JSON.Ability to Design and Implement custom user interface to provide general availability for internal tools with scripting, including but not limited to UI Scripts, UI Macro, UI Page and GlideAjaxAnalyze, troubleshoot, and fix issues that our customers may have.Desirable RequirementsUnderstanding of SCRUM/Agile methodologiesWho we areWe believe that each of us has the power to make an impact.
