Job DescriptionEssential Functions/Responsibilities:
 In charge of implementing the business line sales tactics in the designated
territory.
 Through an effective secondary driven sales plan, the territory& sales target is
met. Ownership of the secondary market secondary sales.
 Improve the quantitative and weighted distribution of market shares by
enforcing the proper product mix and business partners selection in the
designated territory.
 Ensure that distributors, direct dealers, and retailers are appointed in the
designated territory in accordance with the business plan.
 Monitor the performance of your business partners on a regular basis, identify
non-performers, and take corrective action.
 Maintain positive relationships with major retailers by paying them visits on a
frequent basis.
 Ensure that new / targeted product launches are distributed to every possible
retail store.
 Handhold new business partners and offer them with all the resources they
need to succeed.
 Assist in the execution of partner sales orders and guarantee that invoicing
and product deliveries are completed on time.
 Analysis of lost customers - analyse channel attrition on a regular basis and
take corrective action as needed.
