- Thoroughly reviews agreements to ensure contractual obligation are met and all required exhibits, attachments, etc. are attached.
- Performs detailed audit of Sales Pipeline to ensure agreement values are accurately recorded in a timely manner.
- Exercises good judgment in the course of processing agreements and understanding and executing escalation procedures wisely.
- Utilizes knowledge of FIS and its various businesses when managing sales processes.
- Provides timely, updated information in an effort to facilitate continued process improvement.
- Develops a detailed understanding of the Sales Pipeline and client database systems.
- Communicates agreement and pipeline requirements to sales resources .
- Manages agreement workload and actively follows up on outstanding items required to process agreements.
- Provides support to sales resources pertaining to Sales Pipeline and contract processing methodologies.
- Conducts analytical testing for system enhancements.
- Creates spreadsheets for financial calculations relating to contract valuation.
- Prepares contract fee schedules based on proposed pricing and due diligence findings to be included within contracts.
- Completes a sufficient quantity of agreements within timeframes as specified by manager to meet monthly deadlines.
- Maintains tracking of agreements with detailed notes and functionality within the Sales Pipeline system .
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.What you Bring:
