Responsibilities:- Identify and cultivate relationships with key referral sources, such as OB/GYNs, primary care physicians / general physicians etc within the allotted areas- Research and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and patient demographics - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential partners and referral sources, highlighting offerings and patient success stories.- Execute activities like workshops, CME's etc- Track and analyse marketing and outreach campaign performance, and recommend data-driven strategies for improvement.- Manage and maintain a database of referring physicians and healthcare professionals.- Must be prompt & regular in updating Monthly work plan, & reports on daily basis to the reporting Manager - Submission of monthly, weekly detailed progress.- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in fertility treatments and technologies.- Collaborate effectively with all the departments- Any other responsibility entrusted by Manager / Management from time to time- Travel across locations of the organization from time to time on a need basis. Skills & Qualification :- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, marketing, or a related field.- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the healthcare or fertility industry.- Proven track record of success in lead generation, relationship building, and exceeding sales targets.- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.- Passionate about helping individuals and couples build families.- Deep understanding of ethical considerations in healthcare, particularly related to fertility treatments.
